Physiotherapy is recognised as one of the major contributors to recovery from injury. Medicalaw has an extensive national database of independent chartered physiotherapy practices, as well as arrangements with all private hospitals throughout the UK. However, we endeavour to instruct independent practitioners to provide the most competitive rates.
Upon receipt of instructions, physiotherapy, osteopathic or chiropractic treatment can be arranged within 24 hours. We will contact the patient regarding:
- The proposed arrangements and also obtain a signed consent form for release of the final interim/discharge report.
- Locate a convenient practitioner and instruct the practice.
- Provide a discharge report from the practitioner to the instructing party
- Obtain any additional authorisation if further treatment sessions are recommended by the practitioner. An interim report will also be issued if further treatment is required.
Acupuncture, Hydrotherapy and alternative treatments can also be arranged nationwide.
